1. What we are — an introduction service only

FBR Return is an independent lead-referral and introduction service. Our only role is to collect basic contact details (name, phone number and city) from people who express interest in taxation services and to introduce them to independent, registered tax practitioners, chartered accountants and tax lawyers. We are a marketing and introduction platform — nothing more.

2. What we are not

• We are not a tax practitioner, tax consultant, accounting firm or law firm, and we do not hold ourselves out as one.
• We do not prepare, review, file or submit tax returns, wealth statements or any document to the FBR or any authority.
• We do not provide tax, legal, accounting, financial or investment advice, and nothing on this website constitutes such advice.
• We do not access, log in to, or operate the FBR IRIS portal, and we never ask for your IRIS password or credentials.

3. No affiliation with the FBR or government

FBR Return is a private business and is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or connected in any way to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or any government body, ministry, department or authority of Pakistan. References to “FBR”, “IRIS”, “NTN”, “ATL” and similar terms are used only descriptively to explain the subjects the independent professionals in our network can assist with. The name “FBR Return” is a brand describing the type of service enquiries we route, and implies no official status.

4. Information on this website is general only

All content on this website — including service descriptions, FAQs, guides, glossary entries, deadlines, tax rates and the salary tax calculator — is provided for general information only, may not be current or complete, and must not be relied upon as professional advice or as a statement of the law. Tax laws, rates, thresholds and deadlines change frequently. Calculator results are estimates only. Always verify your position with a qualified professional before acting.

5. The professional relationship is not with us

Any service you receive is provided solely by the independent registered professional you choose to engage, under a direct arrangement between you and them. All fees, scope, timelines, advice, filings and responsibility for the work rest entirely with that professional. We are not a party to that engagement, do not supervise or control the professional, make no representation or warranty about their qualifications, availability, conduct, pricing or the outcome or quality of their work, and are not responsible or liable for any act, omission, error, delay or dispute arising from it. Any dispute is strictly between you and that professional.

6. No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee that you will be contacted, matched with a professional, filed on time, placed on the Active Taxpayer List, granted any refund, or achieve any particular result. Meeting FBR deadlines and obligations remains your responsibility.

7. Your responsibilities

• Independently satisfy yourself as to the suitability, credentials and fees of any professional before engaging them.
• Do not send us confidential financial data, documents or login credentials through this website.
